This Privacy Policy describes how our FilkBlend (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, processes, and safeguards information when you use our services, including image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance synthesis, AI clothing replacement, and AI face swap features.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. We design all service processes based on the principle of minimal data collection and maximum user privacy protection.
1. Information We Process
We only process information that you actively upload, submit, or explicitly authorize during your use of the App. The types of processed information are strictly limited to the following:
- Uploaded Content: Original images and videos that you upload to generate AI artwork, videos, dance effects, clothing replacement results, and face swap creations.
- Anonymous Usage Data: Non-personally identifiable technical data, including basic device parameters and app operation logs, used solely for stabilizing services and optimizing product functions.
- Voluntary Feedback: Comments, suggestions, and other information you actively submit through official feedback channels.
2. No Facial Data Storage
We do not store, retain, archive, or save any facial information, facial feature data, or facial biometric data of users in any form.
All AI face swap and portrait-based creative functions are processed through real-time, on-demand temporary computation. Facial data extracted from your uploaded media is used solely to complete your individual, one-time creative request.
Immediately after your generated image or video file is successfully created, all temporary facial calculation data is permanently and completely cleared from our system memory, cache, and servers. We maintain no facial data database and retain no facial-related information for future reuse or analysis.
3. Use of Processed Information
All data processing activities are limited exclusively to the following legitimate service purposes:
- To perform, maintain, and deliver the AI creative functions you request;
- To diagnose technical errors, fix bugs, and optimize algorithm and service performance;
- To secure our services against abnormal or malicious usage.
4. No Third-Party Sharing or Selling
We do not sell, trade, license, share, disclose, or transfer any user data, uploaded content, or generated creations to any third parties for any purpose.
All data computation and processing for the App are performed through our proprietary and independent service systems. No third-party platforms, servers, or service providers are involved in the processing or handling of your private content.
We will never use or disclose your personal or creative data for third-party advertising, marketing, promotional activities, or commercial analytics under any circumstances.
5. Data Retention
- Temporary Processing Data: All temporary data generated during AI computation is automatically erased in real time upon completion of each creative task.
- User Creations: All generated images and videos are saved locally on your device. We do not store or back up your finished creations on our servers.
- Anonymous Technical Data: Non-identifiable usage data is retained only for service optimization and is automatically cleared on a regular cycle.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including data encryption, access control, and system isolation, to protect processed data from unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or loss. All data processing procedures comply with global mainstream privacy protection standards for mobile applications.
7. User Rights and Control
You retain full control over your content and device permissions. You may delete uploaded materials, clear local app cache, and revoke device permissions at any time through your device settings. Once permission is revoked, we will immediately cease all corresponding data processing activities.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect product optimizations and service adjustments. The latest version will be published within the App. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
